These terms explain the rules for using Arcadium, a free browser game arcade. Please read them before you play.
Accepting these terms
By opening Arcadium or playing a game on it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.
Using the site
Arcadium is free for your own personal entertainment. You agree not to break the law while using it, not to attack or overload the service, not to scrape it in bulk, and not to remove or hide the advertising that keeps it free.
Games from partners
Some games are hosted by us, and others are streamed from GameDistribution. Partner games come from the partner’s own servers and are governed by their terms as well as ours, and the advertising inside them is theirs rather than ours.
Intellectual property
The Arcadium name, design and original games belong to us. Every other game, logo and trademark belongs to the studio that made it and is shown here only so that you can play it. If you own a game listed here and want it removed, email us and we will take it down.
Advertising
The arcade is funded by advertising, served by Google and its partners, who may use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. We are not responsible for the products or claims in third-party ads.
No warranty
The arcade is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that every game will work on every device, that the site will always be online, or that a game will be free of bugs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Arcadium is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site, including lost data or lost time. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory local law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The “last updated” date below always reflects the current version, and continuing to use Arcadium after a change means you accept it.
