Tips and strategy
- The order is the puzzle here. Work out which strip has to come off first before you start peeling, because grabbing whatever catches your eye tends to leave you stuck on tape that will not move.
- Colour is what you are sorting by, so keep track of which strips match. Noticing that two loose ends are the same colour usually tells you which one to peel next.
- Do not strip everything at once. Leaving some tape in place keeps the box readable, and a half-taped box is far easier to reason about than a pile of loose strips.
- There is no timer, so the reward is the unwrapping itself rather than how fast you get there. Rushing the early strips only makes the later ones harder to sort out.
