Tips and strategy

• Your base is what loses the stage, not your tank. Chasing a kill across the map is how a stray enemy ends up with a clear line on it, so stay near enough to defend it.
• Maze walls cut both ways. Putting a corner between you and an enemy gives you a free shot as they come round it, which is worth more than an open-field duel you might lose.
• Clear one flank at a time. Enemy tanks arriving from two directions at once are what turns a tidy stage into a scramble, and the walls usually let you ignore one side for a few seconds.
• Fire as you move rather than stopping to line a shot up. A stationary tank is easy prey in a maze, and these stages are built around short exchanges rather than long duels.
