Tips and strategy
- Work from the outside in. The garden scene tells you where the sky, the ground and the planting sit long before the middle of the picture becomes readable.
- Match by the outlines already on the board rather than by hunting for a piece that looks right. A lush garden has a lot of the same greens in it, so the shape is the more reliable clue.
- A piece that refuses to sit is usually the wrong one for the slot, not a bad fit. Move on and come back, because a stubborn piece drops straight in once its neighbour has been placed.
- The last handful of pieces always look interchangeable, so keep the empty slot in view and check the edges before you drag. That is where most wasted attempts happen.
